Relief Valve Removal and Installation (K9K Model) - Suzuki Jimny Workshop Manual

1) Recover refrigerant referring to “Recovery” in Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charging .

2) Remove compressor from vehicle referring to Compressor Assembly Removal and Installation (K9K Model) .

3) Remove relief valve with O-ring.

1) Apply compressor oil to new O-ring, and then install relief valve with the O-ring.

2) Install compressor to vehicle referring to Compressor Assembly Removal and Installation (K9K Model) .

3) Perform evacuating, and then charge refrigerant referring to “Evacuating of A/C System” and “Charging of A/C System” in Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charging .
