Additional Heater Assembly Inspection (K9K Model)
Reference: Additional Heater Assembly Removal and Installation (K9K Model)
1) Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2) Disconnect additional heater plug wires.
3) Check resistance between additional heater plug and vehicle body ground.
If resistance is out of specification, replace additional heater assembly with new one.
Additional heater plug resistance
0.55 – 0.65 Ω at 20 °C, 68 °F
