Clutch Operating Cylinder Disassembly and Assembly - Suzuki Jimny Workshop Manual

1) Remove boot and then push rod.

2) Remove piston (2) by blowing compressed air into bolt hole (1) where hose was connected, using care to prevent it from jumping out.

1) Perform Clutch Operating Cylinder Inspection:K9K Model .

2) Apply brake fluid to piston assembly and inside of cylinder.

3) Install piston assembly (1) into cylinder. When inserting it, be careful not to cause damage to lip of piston cup (2).

4) Apply grease to piston side spheral end of push rod, and then install boot and push rod.
