2nd Brake Disassembly and Reassembly

Disassembly
1) After removing snap ring (1), remove 2nd brake piston return spring seat (2) and 2nd brake piston return spring (3).
2) Blow air into oil passage (1) in 2nd brake cylinder (2) to remove 2nd brake piston (3).
Reassembly
Reference: 2nd Brake Inspection
For reassembly, reverse disassembly procedure, noting following points.
• Apply A/T fluid to seal (1) of 2nd brake piston (2).
• Align projection (3) of 2nd brake cylinder (4) and projection (3) of 2nd brake piston (2) for installation.
• Use new snap ring.
