Disconnect ABS hydraulic unit / control module connector.
Does “ABS” warning lamp light with ignition switch ON?

Replace ABS hydraulic unit / control module assembly.

Go to Step 3.

Remove combination meter with ignition switch turned OFF.
2)
Measure resistance between “RED/BLU” wire of combination meter connector and ground.
Is it infinite (∞)?

Go to Step 6.
|
“RED/BLU” wire circuit shorted to ground.
|

Is circuit fuse for combination meter in good condition?
|
Go to Step 5.
|
Replace fuse and check for short circuit to ground.
|

1)
Remove combination meter with ignition switch turned OFF.
2)
Check for proper connection to “BLK/RED” wire of combination meter connector.
3)
If OK, turn ignition switch to ON and measure voltage between “BLK/RED” wire of combination meter connector and vehicle body ground.
Is it 10 – 14 V?

Go to Step 6.

“BLK / RED” wire circuit open.

Measure resistance between “BLK/ORN” wire of combination meter connector and valve body ground.
Is continuity indicated?
|
Replace combination meter.
|
“BLK/ORN” wire circuit open or high resistance.
