4WD Switch and 4WD Low Switch Removal and Installation
Removal
1)
Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.
2)
Hoist vehicle.
3)
Disconnect 4WD switch connector and 4WD low switch connector.
4)
Remove 4WD switch (1), 4WD low switch (2) and steel balls from transfer assembly (3).
Installation
1)
Install 4WD switch (1), 4WD low switch (2) and steel balls to transfer assembly (3).
4WD low switch ( b ): 19 N·m ( 1.9 kg-m, 14.0 lb-ft)
Tightening torque

2)
Connect 4WD switch connector and 4WD low switch connector.
3)
Connect negative (–) cable at battery.
