DTC Confirmation Procedure
1)
While keeping engine speed continuously at 3,000 rpm or more, drive for 1 minutes or more at drive 30 km/h (19 mile/h) or more.

Clutch pedal switch check
1)
Check clutch pedal switch.
M13A engine model:  K9K engine model:
Is it in good condition?

Go to Step 2.
|
Replace clutch pedal switch.

Check clutch pedal switch signal circuit
1)
Disconnect 4WD control module connector with ignition switch OFF.
2)
Check clutch pedal switch signal circuit (“BLK/YEL” wire) for short to ground.
Is it in good condition?
|
Substitute a known-good 4WD control module and recheck.
|
Clutch pedal switch signal circuit is short to ground or supplementary fuse box faulty.
