Boost Pressure Sensor Removal and Installation
Removal
1) Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.
2) Disconnect boost pressure sensor connect (1).
3) Remove boost pressure sensor (2) from EGR body.
Installation
Reference: Boost Pressure Sensor Inspection:K9K
Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following.
• Tighten boost pressure sensor bolt to specified torque.
Tightening torque
Boost pressure sensor bolt : 8 N·m ( 0.8 kg-m, 6.0 lb-ft)
